9210 PC Suite using USB

Hi !

I got new PC to office which does not have an serial at all, so ?
well I got Keyspans Serial, USB adapter but PC suite does not see my phone.
Does anyone have suggestion what to do.
PC is XP sp1
PC suite and Keyspan are the newest drivers which I found on.

Hi,

You can contact Club Nokia for end user support. There should not be any problems when making connection like this, if the adapter is seen to Windows as physical COM-port.

I must say that I am having the same problem.... I can sync the calender, but not contacts or backup.... have tried irda and usb to serial converter.... no job.. help! mweston
