Nokia 6131 NFC Firmware Version 5.11

Here in Portugal, we are having lots of problems when trying to update the 6131NFC.
First of all, the assistants don't know the 6131 NFC, and keep telling us that the phone is a 6131, and that the "NFC" means the place where the phone was built...
We explained it to them, and eventually we got to speak to someone who said that they were still downloading updates, and that probably by the end of the last week, we could get it upgraded.
Today, we called again, and we were told that the newest version for this phone was 3.7...
Anyone who got lucky on this issue?
Anyone who can help us to get the upgrade done?

This is really inconvenient as we are developing applications for this specific phone...

The information certainly does not seem to be going down correctly to your Service Point.
There has never been version 3.7 of 6131 NFC. And it is not the latest version of plain
6131 either. Can you e-mail me the name of your Service Point. That could help us
figure out what is going wrong with the update process.

I finally got the 6131NFC upgraded. It's all fine now. So if you are in Portugal and need your 6131NFC upgraded, you may go to the Nokia Care Point in Areeiro.

And depending on the team that works in you local Nokia Care Point, even there, it may not be an easy task, because this is a concept phone...
