what are the usability issues when designing mobile commerce applications?

Hi!

I'd say that usability issues in mobile commerce applications are pretty much the same as in all mobile applications. You have to take into consideration the small screen size, limited input mechanism via the numeric key pad, different needs of mobile users etc.
