Image Upload Server by Nokia

Hi all,

first of all. This is my first post here, and also I would like to apologize if I have posted in the wrong category.

I would like to know more about the IUS Api by Nokia (Spec at http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._v1_1.pdf.html). Even though its several years old, its still widely used, and I would really like to have this work with my N95. It seems that it supports some type of webbased upload, but there is absolutely no documentation on the function. I can see that "Flickr" and "Vox" are on the phone by default.

Right now I am trying to make this work with the CMS "Wordpress".

My initial question is this: Which devices are supported by the IUS API?

I called Nokia Denmark, but they did not have any official support on this product any longer. They gave me a phone number for the swedish business support line, which i have not called yet.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Hi,

The IUS API pdf described the Photo Zone by Arcsoft on the server side and Photo Uploader for Nokia 9210 Communicator on the client side.
The Nokia 9210 and N95 have different Symbian OS version as a base and therefore I doubt N95 (or even E90 ) has the same/ported photo uploader client to remote storage as 9210.

If you happen to be (or about to join) a Forum Nokia Pro member, go there and at the Imaging Zone, you will find specifications how to integrate into the Share Online application which is relevant to N95 (Vox, Flickr accounts you found).
I myself experiment with APIs for 3rd party Image uploading(etc.), but no result available publicly yet.
