please tell me how to send a simplified Chinese message

When I used the SDK 3.0 to develope a software to send a Simplified Chinese message from PC to the mobil Nokia8210,but the encoding is wrong .

I thought the wrong is on the encoding method ,but I don't know how to translate the encoding,please help me!

Hi,

Nokia PC Connectivity SDK 3.0 Beta supports unicode characters and there should not be any major problems regarding unicode with the beta software.
