OTA, Authentication parameter for Nokia 7650

When sending an OTA message to Nokia 7650, the Authentication parameter is set to "Secure" under the settings menu of the phone. I want to set it to "Normal" using OTA. Followed the example of WAP OTA service settings message Ver1.1. For non-mms phones(e.g 8310) the OTA settings has authentication is set to "normal" but for nokia 7650 authentication is set to "secure". Your help is greatly appreciated.

you will have to set <PARM NAME="PORT" VALUE="9200"/> or <PARM NAME="PORT" VALUE="9201"/> in <CHARACTERISTIC TYPE="ADDRESS"> tag.
This should solve your problem.
