SOME TEST FAILS IN SYMBIAN SIGNED TESTS ..... HELP ME

I am testing my application in symbian signed tools and some test are fail please help me that how to resolve the following problems

FAILED PHN-01 Service Interruption. (call, SMS, MMS, alarm, charger)

OK Application is launched.

OK Running of app. Should not terminate unexpectedly.

OK SMS notification is visible.

OK MMS notification is visible.

FAIL Alarm notification is visible.

OK Call notification is visible.


FAILED CON-03 No billable events occur.

OK Monitor for billable events while app is running.

OK Close app before test, in case running already.

FAIL Running of app recording. Should not terminate unexpectedly.

OK App can be closed gracefully within 15 s timeout.

I remember seeing this earlier, thus did you actually ask tis earlier already ?

Anyway, the answer is still the same. you need to check what the error code is during the crash, and you need to tell what is happening when your applications crashes.

So tell us what it is doing, and what is it supposed to be doing when it crashes.

Also you could try finding the functions call which causes the leave/panic to happen.

main problem is that "Running of app recording. Should not terminate unexpectedly." in no billable event is occure. i am understand this please help me to resolve this problrm.

So did this information come from symbian signed ?
If so, what is the way to repeat it ?

unless you can give more information on what is happening, what is being done, etc. its impossible to help you.
