In rough terms the sign is issued by you so it will contain your information. but the certificate will say that your app is a trusted app.

You sign the installation package with a certificate. The certificate specifies who you are, and what privileges/rights (capabilities) you have to sign the file with. Your certificate is authenticated by a Certificate Authority (CA)
