NDEF Tag Image File formating

I have followed the standard from NFC Forum in order to store an Image inside a Type 4 Tag.

When I present this tag to Nokia 6131, it starts reading but give me an "undefined Type" error.

Can someone give me an example of NDEF File containing a Jpeg Image ?

I have seen the example on wiki, but it concerns the phone side.

What I need is the binary file of the NDEF file containing Image which I have to store inside the Tag.
