Runnning browser app on emulator

Hi

I have an internet browsing application written in j2me and I want to test it on an emulator to know the memory usage of this application. I tried to test it on s60 2nd edition FP3 emulator. Even though I was able to browse internet through the default browser, I was not able to browse the internet from my application and test.

Do I need to configure the emulator for providing access to my app for using the ethernet so that my app can use it for browsing internet?
