How to create GUI with pys60?

I can view all the pys60 modules for the emulator on the pc,
but i cannot see the modules on the phone.

In PyS60 there is a library "appuifw" that lets you make use of the native UI in the Symbian S60 platform
You can use that.

Hi yanhua!

Python for Series 60 has it own API (appuifw for App UI Framework) for the GUI libraries. They are C++ wrapper for native Symbian UI.

So you will need to recode the GUI for your application if you use PyS60. However, the engine part of your code can be the same than the one you wrote on a PC only if it does not use any Python libraries, functions, classes, methods... introduced after Python 2.2.2.
