Does any one know if it's possible to send some raw data through NFC chip in Nokia phone?

Lets say I do not want to use the discovery manager to detect cards but design my own logic for detecting tags. One way to do this is to have a loop sending DetectCommand to detect tags.

Do you think that the Nokia 6131 NFC phone supports this and this can be done?
