    The Operating System 7650 is Symbian 7, but what is OS of 8310 ?
    Can i create an .si pour 8310 and run it in 7650 ?

    That's right. Series 60 is based on Symbian OS v6.1 and the 9200 Communicators are based on Symbian OS v6.0.
