Possible TopWindow bug, ViewSrv9 panic on standalone exit.

Hi,
So is this a bug or am I missing something?
Let's take wiki's topwindow example:
http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Topwindow (with the dummy Image code or not, doesn't matter)
Let's append the following line which is quite a standard:

if not e32.in_emulator(): appuifw.app.set_exit()

There is an ViewSrv9 panic while exiting the ensymbled script on the phone (at least on E61)

The remedy for it is the same piece of code as discussed in

I guess it's not topwindow bug, but more application-cleanup-general one.
