Hi i m currentlu Using s60, 3rd Fp1 (9.2) carbide

SDK:=>

Launch the CS Help compiler GUI from the start menu option: start->programs->Symbian xx SDKs->Development Tools->CSHelp Compiler where Symbian xx SDKs is the version of the SDK you have installed.
However there is no such tool in above directory ,
Where i get it ?

i know This tool was available with 8.0

I have also tried create shortcut to splash.exe & pass required parameter as in 8.0
However it wont work
