    I had developed game and i want to port a game on series S70 mobile phone is there any popular device available pls suggest me

    There is no "S70" or "Series 70" by Nokia.

    Some devices are based on Symbian OS v7.0s (those are S60 2nd Edition = Series 60 v2.*, or S80 2nd Edition = Series 80 v2.0 based phones).

    The corresponding S60 or S80 SDKs you will find through the "Tools and SDKs" link on the main Forum Nokia page: http://forum.nokia.com
