    Hi,

When I approach my Nokia services centre, and get them to upgrade my software.
They tried and told me that they are unable to capture the code of my phone.

    Does anyone encounter this problem?

    Thanks

Hi, you can actually key in to view your current Software (or firmware, should I say) by keying:
    *#0000#
You should see the version on the first line.

I guess that is not the key that they are talking about. Is an internal Nokia key.
