scriptable plugin support in S60 3rd FP2?

I was reading here ( http://www.slideshare.net/romek/s60-3rd-fp2-widgets , slide 26 ) that System Service Info API is a scriptable plugin. Is the NPAPI exposed in FP2 for 3rd party plugin develop within the browser? (independant of widgets)

(I meant to say exposing the npruntime extensions, not just NPAPI in case that wasn't obvious)

Exactly same question, Are we able to bind a native s60 object to javascript object using npruntime (scriptable plugin). As per the slides mentioned above, it should be supported. is it possible for a developer to use the Browser Control API and Scriptable Plugin for Javascript Object extension.
