Why sometimes Symbian Signed gets lazy?

I've submitted my request for an DevCert with manufacturer caps NetworkControl, MultimediaDD, CommDD. But it has been a week I did not received any respond from SS (Symbian Signed).

I have responded to the staff at SS that asking me about why did i need the caps. And asked if I'm changing my application scope. And I have replied to his question. But still until today I did received anything (more question or response).

Sorry for the provocative subject of my post. But I dont know where to complain.
