Carbide S60 -step by step tutorial

Hi
I'm looking for a step by step tutorial of creating themes with Carbide ui S60.
I tried to create a few themes .. but i have BIG problems with creating proper backgrounds for many elements on the screen.
So if there is such a tutorial with good explanation of making backgrounds (i.e. to create background for element X . cut from your picture a 320 X 21 px fragment) please tell me

yeah i wouldn't mind something like this, i think it would be easier to have sizes list for all screen elements that you can change so i can make full screen wallpapers and ditch any elements that i don't want on the screen.
seems that trying to make things transparent is a nightmare, and i have tried before and it seems impossible.

yeah, making some elements transparent is really a nightmare... i have a week trying to make the thin status pane and the control area background (landscape) transparent and it seems to be impossible =S

please make something
