quality on recorded video

This is not supported yet, you might want to post a feature request to SourceForge for this (patches for this would be welcomed also should you be interested to contribute).

Actually the recorded video quality is very low. Maybe is it possibile find a workaround? Recording with this quality has not sense...

is setting the size of the recorded video always not possible ? It would be great to record with better size and better quality with devices like the N93i.

A way to specify video parameters (size, quality etc.) is not mentioned in the documentation, so it's not officially supported. I did a bit of searching and didn't find any extensions that might allow this either.

Like it has been suggested, you can go here, check whether such a feature request has been made and if it hasn't, make it yourself.
