Because of the way the download page is organized, I cannot use a download agent to get the toolkit. However, I'm also unable to get the full 14MB of it in one shot. This means I'm wasting a lot of time trying to get the programs. It would really help if Nokia broke up the whole zip into chunks like they do at JavaSoft.

You can catch the download via 3rd party programmes - GetRight, for example. Right before pressing the "Agree and Downlad" button (GetRight is running), you should hold down ALT+CTRL.
The only problem is that Nokia server does not support resuming, so that's the same.
The worst is that Ericsson does not support resuming, too. So, one with slow connetcion cannot have neither Nokia Toolkit, nor Ericsson WapIDE SDK.
The good news is that you can download the Motorola MobileADK. And the Motorola servers support resuming...
