Nokia 5300 music phone

having a problem with my 5300 im on the 3rd one and the screen just cracked... again... ive read online that there has been a problem with these phones and do not know anywhere else to go with help.

What is the deal here or do i just have to keep getting a new one from t-mobile every couple weeks untill they get sick of hearing from me?
