MOSH tags visibility

A couple of MOSH questions, if this is the proper forum.

1. Is the description of an application limited to 200
characters? There are some apps with longer descriptions.

2. Tags for most apps do not seem to be seen if you are not
logged in, but again there are some apps where they are seen.

I think the 200 character limit is a "bug": when creating new items it seems that it's possible to enter longer descriptions but when trying to edit them afterwards, the text is cut off after 200 characters. I've already reported this some time ago.
