How can I get MultimediaDD capability?

MultimediaDD is platform security sign. Who with what condition can get this capability?

I feel very upset when I found that CMdaAudioOutputStream::SetPriority() need a so high capability. Hope Nokia can change his policy to allow more free software succeed.

You have to request to the Phone Manufacturer to get MultimediaDD capability.

Anyways you can wait for sometime, upcoming changes in Symbian Sign will make it easy to get MultimediaDD capability.

One more question, I have apply a publish ID and it have cost me 200 USD. But I find there are some information not incorrect I provided. Will the application fail? If it fail, will they return the money to me?

You will receive confirmation mail from TC Trust center once you have purchased Publisher ID from them. You can request them about any such information.

If your application fails/passes then they won't give you any money back. Publisher ID will last for one year of period. You can sign as many applications with this Publisher ID during this one year period.
