Help with registering program

I just downloaded the program "Nokia Multimedia Converter". When I try to install it, I get a box that asks for my forum name and password. When I give it, I get the message saying that it doesn't match and then I cannot install the program. I know the name and PW is correct or else I could not be here. Any ideas on how to get the program installed?

Log in to the Forum Nokia, go to page where you downloaded the converter and request serial number it that place, hopefully it works.
