Monitoring a voice call

Hi,

I need to know if it is possible to monitor an outgoing voice call. My application is monitoring each voice call and if the user called is busy, the app shows a dialog to let the user to send a SMS.
So, can my application know when a call made by the user has been established, has been rejected, is busy, etc?

It can be possible as far my understanding [I am not sure about your requirements.]
You have to monitor call status.
It possible to know whether a call is dialed, answered, rejected etc. I don't think there is state for busy. But observing the pattern of of call events you may be able to implement. Call observing can be made using CTelephony or by using publish and subscribe method.
