Cannot Download

I've been trying to dowload the toolkit many times but the transfer always stop at 10.5 mb, why dont you split the file in two or three ones and that could make the download easier.

I had trouble with the download until I used the download manager

'Download Accelerator Plus'
Probably got it from tucows.com
It might also help to use a Dun program SPEEDTEC (from tucows.com)
It downloaded from me in about 55 minutes and my modem isn't an expensive one.
