check the capabilities you ahve defined, you propably have more capabilities defined in your mmp file, than your certificate actually allows.

Check your .mmp file. Which capabilities have you defined there and with which certificate are you signing your application? Is it self-signed or Developer certificate?

This error appears during installation only when the capabilities mentioned in your mmp are enough, you might be using some api's whose capability is not menthioned in your mmp file..

it is working fine when we use same developer sign for device but it is not working when we use it for emulator.

Out of curiosity: Why do you need to install it on emulator? Any special reasons?
