    as user download sis though wap(over GPRS),so is there any way
    to get the ip or net address where the user download my software.

    if there any temp directory which store the downloaded sis

    if you are asking where the files downloaded are stored (at least temporarily) when they are downloaded with normal browser, then the answer would be that they are propably stored with the download manager, that quite usually saves them into the \system\dmgr\ folder.
