Please help me to get list when i click on the option soft key.

Maybe you could follow two elementary steps combined to get the results :

Create a simple HelloWorld using the wizard in Carbide.

Where you have options, you could use one of them to invoke a simple listbox the code of which is available here
There are many more examples and articles on the wiki which could help you in whatever task you feel stuck.

when you create a simple HelloWorld using Carbide.c++, you will get the options menu. You can alter it as per your needs. Try it atleast, you might get a more clearer picture of the same
