    might be they will be having some updates on their website, better give a feedback of your problem to them.. from their site itself..

    Symbian Signed website has been updated according the new version of Symbian Signed.

    The new services available from now on are

    - Open Signed Offline
    - Express Signed
    - Certified Signed

    Open Signed Online will be available during 1Q 2008.
