Nokia 6210 not recognized by PC Suite thru IrDA connection

Does anyknow know why Nokia 6210 is not recognized by PC Suite thru IrDA if user is not logged in as an administrator? (PC Suite was installed under administrator account). If logged in as admin, everything works correctly.

Hi,

With administrator rights you have more access rights to registries and hardware settings, it is also possible that the software requires administrator rights as it was installed with those rights. In that case normal users could not have access rights to the software.

You could give normal user local administrator rights and use the PC Suite with normal account, this is possible for e.g. in Windows 2000.
