Majour problem with N70 and vista

hello this is my 1st post so plz let me know if i have done anything wrong.

I recently upgraded to windows vista home premium 64bit and i downloaded the drivers for it from the nokia website. it had been working great but i hade recently removed it and then decided to put it back on. when i put it back on there was no problem. but when i open pc suit and connect my nokia N70 via. usb cable windows starts to install the drivers. after that pc suit then activated the cable saying that it is now connected. and that is where i see th "BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH" the only thing that i got out of the "BLUE SCREEN " was a file called WUDfrd.sys I assume that there is a conflict between these files and this sys file.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
