Ciao,
runtime memory for the Flash Lite player is set by the OEM. At the current moment there is no infos for FL2.1 enabled phones from Nokia on Device Central.
For FL 2 enabled phones from Nokia is around 2M.
You can check easily using Device Central.
Also, Nokia S40 5th edition are the only Nokia handsets enabled with Flash Lite 2.1.

I had this information in one of my presentations
Series 40 Flash Lite 2.x: 1,920 KB dynamic, 128 KB static

Seems like Flash Lite 3 breaks all records in memory allocation:

One of the reasons is the support for FLV with FL3 and the OEM ensuring there's enough free allocated memory to handle the playback of that content. Additionally newer devices have more internal memory available so FL can take advantage of it, as long as the OEM decides to.

These are good news, I think memory is one of the weak spot of Flash Lite (and other technologies for small devices) so increase it for the applications is a nice start.
It would be nice if this feature would be in the following Nokia Flash Lite enabled handsets, but for me the most important thing to do is to improve the flash lite player memory managment, probably the big weak point of this technology.
But, It's great to have more memory for our contents!
Thanks for the replies guys - looks like I'll be getting an N95-2
