    Could someone tell me if and how i can get 'Exchange ActiveSync protocol' document/sample and SDK ??

    As that is a Microsoft protocol why don't you ask Microsoft? But it is not free and I doubt they would license it to an individual.

    Why do you need it? You want to write an implementation of it, even though one already exists?
