To get Data from Server to local phone

I want to get Data (phone number, phone name) from a WAP Server (Services , NOKIA 7110),

What is the technic or process or function to employ to put theses data into my local phone or my local card phone.

Is it possible to make that ?

Could you help me to find someone who makes this operation with success.

You could use OTA (Over The Air), which some phones including Nokia support.

It allows you to send configuration information to the phone as an SMS message.
