Im trying to send at commands to send and receive SMS messages from 7160 TDMA phone. I always obtain ERROR response with CMGS,CNMI,CMGF. Is this phone capable of these commands ? or are there special commands for this phone ?

Unfortunately these AT commands are NOT supported by TDMA phones. There are no equivalents.
