area, so please try and decide which of the other 3 areas your
question is most appropriate for, and post there.

Any further *new* questions posted here will be automatically

Hi Paul,

Pls explain where we can get help for questions like "I can't get my phone to work" or for issues not included in the manual. I live in Brazil, and altough Nokia is the mobile phone leader in the market, there is no Nokia support and no Nokia technical assistance. Also, there is s no real "support' in any Nokia site. I have a 6610 and I believe there is a bug in the software. To whom should I send the problem that i've found?
