According to the specs. the 6120 Classic comes with Flash Lite 2.0. But does it only function as an application, or can it be used as a wallpaper and/or screen saver?

Ciao,
you can set FL content as screensaver.
Just go to settings->general-personalization->themes->power saver->animation
