CA-101 "Charging" cable

Is it possible to make Nokia CA-101 cable to charge my phone (Nokia N81 8GB) as declared?

I think I saw somewhere that CA-101 is charging USB cable... But when I connect my phone to PC with CA-101, phone's battery is not charging, but oposite...

Do you mean that the battery starts to loose it's power with increasing rate, or just that it's not charging?

2) Do you manage to connect with the cable (between PC and phone)?

1) No, battery just don't charge when on usb cable

2) Yes, I work with files, messages, contacts, etc...

Currently USB charging works only with couple of S40 devices such as 6500 Slide and 6500 Classic.

CA-101 works as data connection cable with N81. USB charging (=charging the phone via the USB interface) is not supported on N81.
