Nokia WAP Gateway ?

They sell it for around US$100,000.00 to US$250,000 (no kidding)

Are you a CMTS operator?
If you are, you would not be asking that question on this forum.
"Nokia WAP Gateway" is a CARRIER-GRADE WAP Gateway and is sold to CMTS operators as well as to those who simply wants to burn money.

You must be referring to Nokia WAP Server. Thats the slashed down version of the Nokia WAP Gateway and is the one sold to non-CMTS operators.
