What's the diffrence between symbian 9 dll,GUI/DLL and GUI/Lib

I use visual stutio.net 2005 and carbide vs.300.

I want to create a dll project,when i use application wizard to crate dll project,it shows me symbian 9 dll,S60 3rd Ed.GUI/DLL Application and S60 3rd Ed.GUI/LIB Application to select.

I want to know what's the difference between symbian 9 dll,GUI/DLL and GUI/Lib?
