Hi Nokia-Experts,

I want to make a transparent window so I use Window().SetTransparencyFactor(aValue) but it returns -5(KErrNotSupported) so changed the wsini.ini & get transparency effect in emulator but how can I do the same in the mobile because this particular file(wsini.ini) resides in ROM, which I can't change it.

My QQQQQQ is why don't Nokia add this particular flag & add transparency support in the mobile.

Why do they always hide some of the features like this from developers?
