Using Bluetooth PAN profile from J2ME: is it possible?

Hello, I have a question to do to Nokia developers...

I would like to know if I could establish a PAN (Personal Area Networking) connection between a Nokia phone and my linux computer.

I have successfully made it between two linux computers using the pand daemon and building a bnep interface to provide tcp/ip connectivity between my machines, but my question is: could I make the same with J2ME and JSR 82 API in my mobile phone?

Traud, thanks for your answer. It has helped me to know more about bluetooth and PAN, but the thing is that I still remain with my problem.

The bluesPAN project is in a very preliminar state, and no software packages have been released yet. Anyway, I need to use a Nokia 6131 phone (s40 series) and the bluesPAN project is making its efforts in Symbian O.S. (only for s60 and posterior series).

I am begining to touch the idea that no chances for tcp/ip connectivity over bluetooth are possible at this moment in Nokia...
