The difference between Binary encoding and //SCKL format

Hi there,

Other threads in the forum mentioned that binary encoding should be used instead of the //SCKL format. Do I just put the binary encoded message into a SMS and send it? Or do I need a special header in the SMS to specify that it is a code, and not an ordinary message.
