Video Record enconding

Hellow folks,
i have sought about video encoding here but i have not found a similar problem to mine.
I'm trying to record a video with video/mp4 encoding.

Player player = Manager.createPlayer("capture://video?encoding=mp4")

When i take the all supported video encoding of the device (N95 or N81), the list bellow is shown:

video/3gpp
video/3gpp2
video/mp4.

When i try to create the player, a MediaException is thrown. Does anyone know why?

Shouldn't this be something like
capture://video?encoding=video/mp4

Or do I no remember wrong in here?
