Express Signing

I want to go to the express signing process for the first time with one of my applications. There are some points to regard and witch are not quite clear to me.

1.My application uses some api which are not supported by some operators on their devices (brand).How to control brands? is this possible? What about testing for express signed releases. Is control of brands something to take into account.
2.Is there a tool or similar to test application (symbian 3rd) under low memory condition and what does low memory mean? Only heap or also stack(if this is possible)?

You could customize the application by brand and get those Express Signed separately.

At the moment there's no tool for low memory testing for S60 3rd Edition.
