UnSIS: Unpacking SIS/changing UID + capabities

Someone was asking this in #pys60 in IRC:

Unpacking SIS files might come handy when manipulating prebuilt Python SIS files. You can unpack the SIS file, manipulate individual EXE and DLL files using ensymble and then repack it again.

Unsis is available in Symbian Development Network.

yes, Its vry gud tool. you can unpack SIS (using "unsis") and using "elf32" you can change UID and capabilities for both dll and exe
