Problem with NFC 6131 Unlock Midlet,No Server Connection

Hey, guys, the problem is not connecting to server
When i try to open the unlockMidlet,connect to server,appear

"error in process"
"Unlock process incompleter!
The process of unlocking the Secure Element was not completed.
Source:No Server Connection"

i download a new "internet" settings from nokia site,Issues remain unresolved


How to unlocking the SE.

If anybody could help me, I will really appriciate it
